I see firsthand how so many women
are too overwhelmed and exhausted to sift through the zillions of
so-called gurus and programs that are supposed to help them. They have so much
to share but their brilliant ideas are bottlenecked inside them.
But guess what? You can't just throw your hands in the air and give up because things seem difficult! Under pressure, women shine. You can see the true nature of a woman when she's challenged.
So Many Are Playing the 'Helpless Game'...
Women are the secret power to driving the planet to change. We've had this power all along but many of us have forgotten about it along the way, or listened to others tell us we NEVER had it.
Lately most of the news we're hearing about is the poor state of the global economy. America has lost 3.6 million jobs since the start of the recession in December 2007. The unemployment rate is currently 7.6% and growing. Another very disturbing factor is that women and their children make up 75% of all the people who are in poverty.
It really is understandable why women are twice as likely to fall into depression as men, given the facts. We have more responsibilities then ever but have not truly addressed our own sense of self in a strong enough way. Many women suffer from incredibly low self-esteem due to all this stress. Right now 6 million women in America have been diagnosed as clinically depressed. Even if they're not on medication, many of us are emotionally, physically and spiritually depressed.
There IS An Answer!
In these trying times especially, we must GET INSPIRED and recognize what we truly have within us. It's time to come together as our true selves…as Braveheart Women. A BraveHeart Woman is a confident woman who follows her own heart to inspire and be inspired…regardless of what others may think or say.
